Finally done with this. Curse you Gimp and your glitches. This is based on the song [link] (Budto Kak Ya) (Like Me) by KLa$.
I'm quite proud of this. I messed about with a new shading technique (SO much easier; thank you *Samurai-PET) and used filters and stocks for the background. Fun fun fun.

I don't know if Russians hold their cigs between their ring and pinky finger or if they do it the American way between the pointer and middle finger.
